If you need to reschedule or cancel a cruise, shuttle, charter or water taxi please call (573) 434-2627. To be sure we receive your request, cancellations by text or e-mail will not be accepted. Except for charters, refunds are given for cancellations prior to 30 days before departure date, less the 4% convenience fee. Rescheduling or booking changes are subject to a 12.00 per booking service fee with no reschedules offered within 15 days of the departure date. Charters are subject to a 50.00 cancellation service fee plus the 4% convenience fee prior to 30 days of cruise date. Charters cancelled within 30 days of departure date forfeit all monies paid as deposit. Reschedules are not offered on charter services. All service fees, purchase transactions online, by phone or in person with a credit or debit card will include a non-refundable 4% convenience fee. Playin Hooky Water Taxi & Charters LLC reserves the right to cancel any service for safety, weather conditions or mechanical reason, even after a service has begun. If we cancel a service prior to departure for the reasons listed above a full refund will be issued.

Playin Hooky Water Taxi & Charters LLC reserves the right to use any photos or video taken by Playin Hooky Water Taxi & Charters LLC or its employees for social media or advertising purposes.

Due to safety concerns & liability issues coolers, bags of beer or hard liquor are not allowed on any Playin Hooky Cruise. We do have a large selection of beverages available for purchase on the boat.

For the safety of the passengers and crew, anyone that becomes intoxicated to the point the Captain feels is unsafe to others, themselves or inhibits the safe operation of the vessel, will result in the contract being void and the services being provided by Playin Hooky Water Taxi & Charters LLC terminated, which would mandate the person/persons to find an alternative mode of transportation, without any monies being refunded. Any persons with a prior injury, pregnancy or disability are required to notify the Captain and sign a Liability Release and Waiver of Claims form at the time of boarding to participate in services provided by Playin Hooky Water Taxi & Charters LLC.

Any damages caused by your group will be charged to the credit card you provided. Playin Hooky Water Taxi & Charters LLC and its employees will be held harmless by customers for any injury, illness or accident. Playin Hooky also reserves the right to make necessary changes to the cruises for safety and scheduling needs.
